- Board orientation, education and consultation
- Organize annual, special, and town hall meetings of Owners including the preparation of notices, agendas and other necessary documents
- Assist in the facilitation of Strategic Planning
- Organize meetings of the Board of the Association including the preparation of notices, agendas and other necessary documents
- Digital record implementation and file management
- Issuance and oversight of property owners’ cards
- Website development and maintenance
- Administer the Association’s insurance portfolio including the filing of all claims
- Assist in resolving individual Owner requests and concerns as they pertain to the administration of the association, its common elements and governing documents
- Mediation/Dispute Resolution
- RFQ and RFP development for association projects
- Obtaining contractor bids and overseeing contractors
- Maintaining vendor and contractor relationships
Establishing and fostering enhanced working relationships with municipalities and outside agencies that interact with community associations; including, but not limited to:
- Municipal Planning and Zoning/Code Enforcement Departments
- Road and Bridge/Highway Departments
- State Environmental Agencies
- Local, County and State Law Enforcement/Public Safety Agencies
- Area Emergency Services Providers
