Assist the Board and Committees in the review, evaluation and enforcement of association governing documents.

Develop and review departmental policies and procedures to the specific needs of the association in accordance with the governing documents of the community.

Architectural Control

Establish, coordinate and provide administrative functions of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), including preparation, review and approval of architectural applications, correspondence with owners requesting ACC compliance or completion of applications, and all necessary correspondence related to the ACC.
