Inspect common property, equipment, and other facilities of the Association on a regular basis

As directed by the Board, authorize and order to be done, those things which are necessary to maintain the property

Road Management:

• Asphalt Overlay/Replacement
• Seal Coating/Crack Filling
• Snow Removal
• Mowing/Trimming

Project Management:

• Swimming Pool Replacement/Refurbishment
• Facilities Construction/Restoration
• Physical property inspections
