Architectural Control and Review.
Architectural Control and Review is a key part of management for any community association. For new or younger communities, this role might include working closely with the community Developer. In established communities, this role may require more assistance in interpretation of the governing documents as they relate to Architectural Control.
In all cases, it is the role of the management firm to work with the communities Board and Architectural Control/Review committee to maintain and enhance the sylvan qualities desired within that particular association.
Review, evaluation and enforcement of association governing documents pertaining to Architectural Control/Review
Establish, coordinate and provide administrative functions of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), including preparation, review and approval of architectural applications, correspondence with owners requesting ACC compliance or completion of applications, and all necessary correspondence related to the ACC.

Records retention, maintenance and review
Regularly inspect the property; observe, record and monitor deed restriction violations and contractor performance. Inspections include, but not limited to:
- Pre-Construction
- Footings
- Frame-Up
- Final
- Site Inspections
- Dock Location
- Seawalls
Consultation and liaison with municipalities and outside agencies
